Fall FIRE Finale- Practice Day 1

Today is the first day of checking out some of the members for the Fall FIRE Finale: “Unity in Diversity” performance.  I rode my bike down the hill and Jared the curator, greeted me in the alley of 8th and Fulton St. Where the practice space is located.  I’m a long time resident of Boise and I’ve never been in this building.  Its located in the basement of the the performing arts and furniture consignment store.  This building definitely holds some of Boise’s history and I’m happy that the city accommodates space for artists, especially a location with local culture.
The Unity in Diversity event is about the collaboration of artists not just musicians but those who use expression in many different mediums to deliver a message; hence Unity in Diversity.  Some of the most talented artists in Boise will unite for a one day event.  I have the opportunity to be behind the scenes and share the development.
